The traditional mounting point for a MyChron4 E-Box is to the underside of the driver's fairing. But have you ever put your hand on the fairing and tried to shake it? It moves very easily; and tends to vibrate while on the track. This causes the lateral accelerometer to record unwanted noise and spikes while you're driving; giving you innaccurate data. Our mounting kit for the E-Box solves this problem. With this kit; you can mount the E-Box directly to the floorpan of your kart; just in front of the lower steering column mount. The rigid mounting system directly transmits all of the lateral forces that your kart experiences with no unwanted vibration or noise; giving you the most accurate data possible. The piece is CNC machined from aircraft quality aluminum and includes all neccessary nuts and bolts. Simply mount the plate to the floorpan using the long; countersunk bolts and spacers; then mount the E-Box to the plate!
