Naturally, we leave for vacation and the whole damn website goes down.  We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced, and for the delay in getting things back up and running.  The site should be working properly now, so please let us know if you experience any other problems with the website.

Shockwave Karting's office will be CLOSED Jan. 14 through Jan. 24.  However, we will still be able to ship orders if they are placed by fax or online (we won't be able to ship phone orders).  If you need to contact us, please send us an email at info@shockwavekarting.com and we will respond to you.

In the meantime, we've dropped the price on a couple of closeout items and added a new one.

Winter is here and we've gone into development mode here at Shockwave Karting.  Since we're blessed with 300+ days of sunshine here in Colorado, we have the ability to test all year long, and we're taking advantage of the fact there aren't as many races going on to log some serious track time.  Look for many exciting new innovations, both in the chassis and component lines, to come this spring.

Shockwave Karting will be attending SuperNationals XI in Las Vegas, NV November 12-18.  Avoid shipping charges by having us deliver your order to you at the race!  Our trailer will be fully stocked with parts if you need anything during the race.  Keep an eye out for factory drivers Greg Welch (2000 SuperNationals winner in 60 Novice) in the Rotax Senior class and former SuperPro driver Jeff Welch in S3 (Stock Honda).

Shockwave Karting has a few pits spots available to loyal customers in our tent for the Rotax Grand Nationals at The Track @ Centennial.  We have a primo spot on the front row and will have a 30' X 40' circus tent complete with lights, electricity, compressed nitrogen, tarped floor, etc.  We only have a few spots left and we expect them to fill quickly, so please call us as soon as possible if you wish to join us in our pit!

On a related note, we now have a full range of Dellorto jets up on the website.  If you're planning to come to the Grand Nationals, we highly recommend that you bring a kit of main jets from 137 to 158 to allow you to tune for Colorado's high altitude and rapidly changing weather conditions.  We also have most of the other parts for the Dellorto carb, although they are not on the website yet.

We decided to give the website a bit of a facelift.  In addition to the appearance changes, we completely updated the Dealers page.  If we didn't have a dealer in your area before, be sure to check out the new list.  We also updated the Team page.

The latest Radiators are now in stock. These radiators manufactured specially for Shockwave Karting present a giant leap forward in the evolution of karting engine cooling systems. With a special cross-finned interior pattern, the Shockwave radiator provides significantly more surface area than a traditional radiator and thus, greatly improved cooling performance. Radiators are available in three different sizes to suit any application.

Updated pricing is now effective.  We have not changed our prices in 2 years.  Surprisingly, we were able to reduce our prices on certain items, while others have been increased.  These changes reflect our costs of materials, labor, etc.

Shockwave Karting is extremely excited to announce our brand new 2006 chassis line!  Designed by six-time World Champion Mike Wilson specifically for Shockwave, our four chassis models (Shifter, TaG/100cc, Rotax, and Cadet) come loaded with features and options.

Also, we've added a Fuel Pump Mount for CR125 engines and an Ultra Soft 30mm Axle for online ordering.  Please note as well that we have many new products available that have not yet been added to the website, so please call if you're looking for something and don't see it here.

But wait, there's more!  Although details are not yet available on our website, we now carry Wilwood brake systems, complete with all the components needed to adapt to almost any chassis.  Call for details.

Our revamped Pedals are now available online!  They feature a redesigned body for greater clearance at the pedal base, more mounting options, and a dedicated hole for a safety cable to back up the brake rod.

We've also added a Kart Stand to our product lineup!  It features a burly construction to handle all the abuse it will invariably be required to take at the track.

As mentioned in the previous update, Shockwave Karting is now in a new location.  Originally, we kept our existing mailing address; however, we have decided that our physical and mailing addresses will now be one and the same.

We've also added some new stuff for you.  Our Axle Removal Tool is now available with a 30mm head, and thus, we've created two Axle Removal Tool Sets.  The traditional 2 Head Set now features your choice of any two sizes, while the new 3 Head Set gives you all three head sizes (30mm, 40mm, and 50mm).

Our newest dealer is Fastech-Racing of Monterey, CA.  Their contact information has been added to the Dealers page.

Look!  An update!  And it won't disappoint either; we've got lots of new products, folks.

First, we've developed a brand new floating sprocket carrier.  Eliminates chassis bind.  Drastically reduces sprocket wear.  Ever tossed a chain on your TaG or 100cc kart?  Yeah, us too.  This is the solution.  This product will be added to our website soon, but rest assured, they are in stock and available for order by phone!

Next, we've revamped our pedals, especially the main body, to provide better adjustability.  Features are more clearance around the pedal base, new mounting holes, and a dedicated hole for a safety backup cable.

And lastly, we've added a Rotax Max Chain Guard, 11.0" and 10.75" long versions of our Tie-Rods, and tall and short variations for our Pegged Key C, Pegged Key D2, and Pegged Key D3.  Look for even more soon.

Shockwave Karting will be attending the 2004 SKUSA SuperNationals in Las Vegas, NV October 29-30.  Avoid shipping costs by having us deliver orders to you at the race.  We'll also have products available at the track to make sure you have all the parts you need to stay in the race.
