JEFF WELCH holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology and is one of the first to apply engineering principles to the design of kart racing components.  His technical knowledge combined with extensive driving and racing experience allow him to develop innovative new products for Shockwave Karting - and vigorously test them on the track.  Jeff also performs extensive data analysis at the track, allowing Shockwave customers to gain a more complete understanding of their karts' behavior on the track.
